MOVEMENT

By movement, I don’t necessarily mean ‘exercise’… Movement is key to getting our endorphins, i.e feel-good chemicals, going.

Movement increases our sense of well-being physiologically, whether it be swimming, walking, dancing, gardening, racquet sports, housework or shopping… Whatever it is that you enjoy and whatever gets you moving and engaging in activities that you love, requires some form of physical movement.

And of course there are the basic things like sleep, rest, nourishing food, social interaction that we can’t go without, if we want to be healthy and well.
