We offer general massage, Thai massage, sports massage, reflexology and yoga. Each discipline has been professionally gained from training via the British School of Yoga.

We want the sessions to be as beneficial as possible, so we tailor them according to each person’s preferences and individual needs. A combination of the above practices will be used, to bring about maximum benefit.

The length of each session can be varied, depending on what work needs to be done and which techniques are used. Normally, sessions are between 1-2 hours, and we would always recommend you come for at least 2 sessions, to reap the most from the massage and/or yoga.

Sessions take place at our home, where we have a full massage table and yoga area available. If you would prefer sessions to take place elsewhere, please get in touch, as we may be able to arrange for this.
